EXPANDEO 2022: Where the Market Meets

EXPANDEO & the FIRE Forum 2022 is the event where participants get the chance to learn about market opportunities in various sectors while growing their business through networking and other interactive sessions. There will also be dedicated sessions on the Green Deal, climate change and community of users and the pilots developed under this framework to support the EuroGEO vision.

Fire Forum 2022

This year EXPANDEO will have the great pleasure to host the FIRE Forum 2022 again!

The FIRE Forum 2022 will bring together key representatives from six user communities key sectors – agriculture, energy, infrastructure, marine, raw materials and urban development, EO service providers and institutional actors to discuss the “Now and Tomorrow” of Earth Observation in Europe. Discussions will build upon findings from the first and second round of FIRE Focus Group events, as well as the first FIRE Forum which took place last June 2021.

Fire Forum: EO Evangelists

FIRE, the industry-led Forum for Innovation and Research in European Earth Observation, has started its activities to shape the Research and Innovation Strategy for Earth Observation (EO) solutions in Europe. It will establish a user community across different sectors, starting with agriculture, energy, raw materials, infrastructure, marine, and urban development. The EO Evangelist programme will promote the adoption of EO solutions in these sectors. Open dialogue with the demand side will guide the development, delivery and uptake of EO services in Europe.
