Airbus Foundation Call for Projects: Harnessing Aerospace for Climate Resilience on Land and Water (Deadline: 2 May)

The Airbus Foundation, in partnership with the Solar Impulse Foundation and Space4Good, is calling for projects that leverage aerospace capabilities such as satellite imagery and helicopter flight hours to address critical societal issues, from ecosystem degradation to water security and natural disaster risk.

Key Details:

• Eligibility criteria: Applicants must be registered nonprofit organisations, willing to make the results of the project available on an open-access basis, needing Airbus offered capabilities for the completion of the project and have a certain level of technical experience in GIS related activities.
• Support: Airbus capabilities, such as satellite imagery and helicopter flight hours, seed funding, project and technical expert guidance, and network support to amplify the results.
• Application Deadline: 2 May.
