Based on existing EU and international initiatives, Ukrainian cities that commit to the target of climate neutrality can become part of the EU Cities Mission and subsequent Horizon Europe calls. The Commission today announced the 100 EU cities that will participate in the EU Mission for 100 climate-neutral and smart cities by 2030, the so-called Cities Mission.
