EARSC Industry Survey 2026 Now Open

Each year, the Survey provides a comprehensive overview of the size, structure, markets and overall health of the European Earth Observation services industry. The survey is a consistent source of sector-wide data used to track growth, assess trends, and support evidence-based dialogue with European and national decision-makers.

At a time when key discussions are advancing on the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) and the future Competitiveness Fund, robust and up-to-date industry data is essential. Policymakers require a clear understanding of the sector’s economic footprint, market positioning, employment trends, and growth dynamics to design effective investment instruments and support measures.

For the 2026 edition, the Survey has been streamlined. Many questions are now optional, while the key indicators most relevant to stakeholders remain mandatory. This reduces the time required to participate while maintaining the quality and credibility of the results.
