The growing space sector is constantly in need of trained personnel. HE Space and the Space Skills Alliance announced the launch of the Space Conversion Course.
A Course for Career Changers
The Space Conversion Course is a joint project of HE Space and The Space Skills Alliance.
The course was developed in response to the space skills gap. The Space Conversion Course will give its participants all the needed tools to pivot into the space industry. It has been specifically designed for people who already have some experience in another sector, and has two parts:
- Part 1: Get up to speed with the space sector and its jargon, and get help applying your current expertise in a space context
- Part 2: Get expert advice on how to polish your CV, hone your interview technique, and make yourself more employable

HE Space is one of Europe’s leading space recruitment firms. For 40 years it’s worked in close partnership with major industry players including Airbus, the European Space Agency, and the Ariane launch group.
The Space Skills Alliance are expert in space skills assessments, training, and recruitment. The Alliance works with central and local governments, businesses, academia, training providers, and the private sector.
